Senior Recruiter - Austin, TX

GetSales' success is a direct result of our great people; finding talent fuels our fire. As Senior Recruiter, you will identify, engage, and onboard high performing individuals to our Austin based team.

What you'll do:

  • Create recruiting strategies and own hiring decisions

  • Conduct insightful interviews to assess and hire qualified candidates with cultural fit

  • Systematize interview and screening process to yield consistently quality talent

  • Identify and create major talent pipelines for GetSales

  • Prepare and extend offers

  • Manage new and ongoing recruiting projects and initiatives

  • Continuously evaluate and improve team recruiting process
