Sales Manager - Austin, TX

 

GetSales executes thousands of points of contact every single day; this requires effective and efficient coordination from the entire team. As a Sales Manager, you will utilize your leadership, coaching, and analytical skills to optimize sales rep productivity with a high growth team.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Build and manage a successful sales team responsible for attaining (and exceeding) acquisition goals for our gig economy customers

  • Develop your sales team into stellar sales reps through coaching, personal, and professional development

  • Lead team meetings, individual and team trainings and 1:1s with members of your team

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Inside Sales floor

  • Observe calls in real-time and utilize our conversation intelligence platform to identify trends and themes

  • Provide coaching and ongoing feedback in real-time as appropriate, in morning trainings and kick-off meetings, and in structured training with the support of your peers and our Sales Operations team

  • Provide motivation and inspiration to your team

  • Propose projects and contests to increase sales, improve employee morale, and maintain energy on the sales floor

 

What you should bring to the table:

  • 1 - 2 years experience in high velocity, high volume sales (B2C a plus)

  • 6 - 12 months experience coaching, leading a team, and/or managing salespeople

  • A high degree of empathy

  • Experience or aptitude for developing people and building teams

  • Experience leveraging CRM systems, reports, and processes (Salesforce preferred) to analyze and identify training opportunities and operational efficiency

  • Experience working within a team environment, preferably with cross-functional teams, to aligning on priorities and execute initiatives

  • A builders’ spirit; making something where nothing existed before gets you excited
