Inside Sales Manager - Austin, TX

GetSales executes thousand of points of contact every single day; this requires effective and efficient coordination from the entire team. As a Sales Manager, you will utilize your leadership, coaching, and analytical skills to optimize sales rep productivity with a high growth team.

What you'll do:

  • Build and manage a successful sales team responsible for exceeding driver acquisition goals for our gig economy partners

  • Develop your sales team into stellar sales reps via personal, professional and sales development

  • Lead team syncs, coaching sessions, and 1v1s with your team

  • Collaborate closely with sales operations to analyze results, identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and programs

  • Drive projects that improve and increase our sales as well as our management process

What we are looking for in you:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in the field

  • A minimum of 2 years in sales closing experience preferable in a high growth company

  • A minimum of 1 year in sales management and/or team leadership experience

  • A proven leader in management with a track record of developing people and building teams

  • Experience leveraging systems and processes, accurately forecasting, and coaching sales reps accordingly

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve the organization's goals through sharing best practies, understanding other's workstream and aligning on priorities

  • A builder' spirit; making something where nothing existed before gets you excited

  • Experience with Salesforce dashboards, Microsoft Excel, and creating presentations
