Executive Assistant




What you’ll do:

  • Help our Head of Operations and leadership team stay organized - Note-taking, Google Calendar coordination and management, manage internal and external communications.

  • Perform general office and admin duties as needed - Manage office operations and organize events.

  • Create and document standard operating procedures to help the company work more efficiently.

  • See small projects through.

  • Coordination and planning of travel - organizing trip agendas and local logistics.

  • Personal tasks - getting coffee/lunch, Post Office trips, paying bills as well as other personal errands in and outside of the office.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Understanding of the G-suite (docs, sheets, calendar and slides).

  • Ability to problem solve and work autonomously.

  • Startup hustle, energy, and ambition.

  • ~75% of work completed at our Austin, TX headquarters.
