Executive Assistant - Austin, TX

We're seeking a high-performing executive assistant to support our management team. You will be on the front line of mission-critical initiatives - managing communications across internal and external channels to provide a seamless flow of information and resource allocation while managing office operations.

What you'll do:

  • Work beside the CEO and leadership team to manage internal and external communications

  • Create and document standard operating procedures to help the company work more efficiently

  • Help conduct analysis, organize, and complete projects

  • Organize and run HR functions

  • Manage the executive team's schedule

  • Manage office operations and organize events

What we are looking for in you:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Understanding of the G-suite (docs, sheets, and slides)

  • Ability to problem solve and work autonomously

  • 20-30 hours/week

  • 80% of work completed at our Austin, TX headquarters
